At some point I was going to an external gate on a small turbo (EVO 16g) and wanted a quick simple way to do the conversion, without anything too permanent, like welding the flapper shut. Some sheet steel, tin snips, and a drill were the only tools need to quickly knock this out. Just use the stock gasket as a template.
